Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown Records,  launched careers of 45+ legendary artists, like  Diana Ross and The Supremes, The Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and The Temptations.  Motown produced 79 records that reached the Top Ten between 1960-1969, and generated over 180 #1 hits globally.

Without Motown, we’d never have gotten songs like What's Going On, Let’s Get It On, My Girl, and Can’t Hurry Love, and I Want You Back.

Today’s Post

Failure is not final; it helps us refocus on what we want to accomplish. It teaches us what we need to keep doing, what we need to stop doing, and gets things moving in the right direction. But what if we could stop ourselves before we fail? The real question is, how do we recognize when our actions our going to lead us to failure instead of success?
